He has specialized exclusively in Life Sciences executive search since 2002, partnering with companies across biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, diagnostics, and life sciences tools.
Earlier in his career, Don worked in the financial services industry managing investment portfolios and advising clients on long-term financial planning and asset management. This early experience in capital markets and business strategy continues to inform his perspective on leadership hiring, particularly in industries where financing cycles and market conditions shape growth decisions.
