What is your focus?
GeneCoda® recruits executives and professionals in the Life Sciences industry. We define the Life Sciences industry as the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Device and Diagnostic innovators and the service sector and tools companies that support them in bringing game changing products to market. All of our recruiting is US-based placement although we serve clients in the US and abroad. We maintain partnerships with executive and professional search firms serving other major Life Science development centers to offer our clients global exposure. We principally recruit professionals in commercial industry although we also have experience in recruiting talent for non-profits focused on specific disease states.
What types of professionals do you recruit?

Most often, we are called to place seasoned professionals with more than 10 years of experience in Life Sciences across several functional disciplines. Although we do not recruit recent graduates, we recognize that they are our future and hope that our robust Resource Library can assist them in earlier stage career growth such that GeneCoda® can work with them as they garner more industry experience.
