We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We have access to and collect information that you voluntarily give us via direct contact from you. Upon your concurrence in pursuing an employment opportunity at a third-party client of ours, we may share/transfer your Resume, CV, and/or other information you share with us and/or other information that becomes known to us, with our client.

Although we ask our clients not to share information about you that we have provided to them with anyone other than those who have a legitimate business interest (e.g. those involved in the hiring process), we cannot guarantee their compliance and make no warranties of any kind with respect to information about you that may be disclosed by our clients to others.

Aside from responding to you for the reason you contacted us and/or sharing / transferring your information to a third-party client as noted above, we will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than vendors we use to store, parse and curate information necessary to perform our services (e.g. email or database), to comply with lawful requests for information, or as necessary to fulfill your request.
